These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website hatimzekri.com (the "Site") and all services provided by Infinite Money LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• Marketing audits and strategy consulting
• Copywriting (ad copy, email sequences, scripts)
• Tracking and analytics setup (Meta Pixel, Google Ads, UTM structures)
• Landing page design and development
• Full client acquisition systems (ads, automation, AI follow-up)

The specific scope of services will be outlined in each engagement or invoice. Services are customized to each client's needs as discussed during the initial consultation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Payments and Pricing

4.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated. Prices for individual services are as follows:

• Audit: €35 (one-time)
• Copy Pack: €80 (one-time)
• Tracking Setup: €95 (one-time)
• Strategy Session: €160 (per session)
• Landing Page Build: €250 (one-time)
• Full Client Machine: Custom pricing based on audit

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods made available through our payment processors. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

4.3 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. For the Full Client Machine service, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion or as outlined in the service agreement.

4.4 Late Payments

Invoices not paid within 14 days of the due date may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend services until outstanding payments are resolved.

5. Service Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver services within the timelines discussed during the consultation. Typical delivery times are:

• Audit: Within 5 business days
• Copy Pack: Within 7 business days
• Tracking Setup: Within 5 business days
• Strategy Session: Scheduled at mutual convenience
• Landing Page Build: Within 14 business days
• Full Client Machine: Within 14 business days of project kickoff

Delays caused by the client (e.g., delayed feedback, missing access credentials, unavailability) will extend delivery timelines accordingly.

6. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business
• Grant timely access to necessary accounts, platforms, and assets
• Respond to communications and feedback requests within reasonable timeframes
• Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding your business and marketing activities

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content on our Site — including text, designs, logos, graphics, code, and methodologies — is owned by Infinite Money LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7.2 Client Deliverables

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables (landing pages, copy, etc.) created specifically for your project. We retain the right to showcase anonymized versions of our work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Results Guarantee

For the Full Client Machine service only, we offer a 5x return guarantee as outlined in the service agreement. This guarantee is subject to the specific terms and conditions defined in the written contract signed before project commencement. The guarantee does not apply to individual à la carte services (Audit, Copy, Tracking, Strategy, Landing Page).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities.
• We are not responsible for the performance of third-party platforms (Meta, Google, WhatsApp, hosting providers, etc.) or changes to their policies or algorithms.
• Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, product quality, and client responsiveness.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinite Money LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 14 days written notice. Upon termination:

• You are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date
• We will deliver any completed work
• Any deposits for unstarted work will be refunded as outlined in our Refund Policy
• We will return or delete your confidential information upon request

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming. The venue for any legal proceedings shall be Sheridan County, Wyoming.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
