Refund Policy

At Infinite Money LLC, we stand behind the quality of our work. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available for our services.
1. General Policy
Due to the custom nature of our digital marketing services, all sales are generally final once work has commenced. However, we offer refunds under the specific conditions outlined below for each service type.
2. Refund Conditions by Service
2.1 Audit (€35)
- Before delivery: Full refund if requested before the audit video is delivered
- After delivery: No refund — the service has been fully rendered
2.2 Copy Pack (€80)
- Before delivery: Full refund if requested before templates are delivered
- After delivery: No refund — digital deliverables cannot be returned
2.3 Tracking Setup (€95)
- Before work begins: Full refund if requested before we access your accounts
- After work begins: No refund — technical implementation cannot be reversed
2.4 Strategy Session (€160)
- Cancellation 24+ hours before: Full refund or reschedule
- Cancellation within 24 hours: 50% refund
- No-show: No refund
- After session: No refund — the service has been fully rendered
2.5 Landing Page Build (€250)
- Before work begins: Full refund
- During development (before approval): 50% refund
- After approval and delivery: No refund
2.6 Full Client Machine (Custom Pricing)
- Before work begins: Full refund of any deposit
- During the 14-day build phase: Pro-rated refund minus the value of work completed
- 5x Return Guarantee: If the system does not generate at least 5x your investment within the timeframe specified in your written contract, you are entitled to a full refund. This guarantee is subject to the terms of the individual service agreement and requires that the client has fulfilled all obligations (providing access, approving deliverables, maintaining ad spend, responding to leads).
3. 5x Return Guarantee — Terms
The 5x return guarantee applies exclusively to the Full Client Machine service and is subject to the following conditions:
- The guarantee is defined in a written contract signed by both parties before work begins
- The guarantee period and specific metrics are defined in that contract
- The client must maintain the agreed-upon minimum ad spend throughout the guarantee period
- The client must respond to qualified leads within 24 hours
- The client must not modify or disable the system without our written approval
- The client must provide accurate conversion and sales data for verification
- Refund claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the guarantee period ending
The guarantee does not apply to individual services (Audit, Copy, Tracking, Strategy, Landing Page).
4. How to Request a Refund

- Your full name
- Date of purchase
- Service purchased
- Reason for refund request
- Any supporting documentation
5. Refund Processing
- Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
- We will notify you by email once the refund has been initiated
6. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in suspension of services and additional administrative fees. We will work in good faith to resolve any disputes.
7. Exclusions
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after work has been delivered
- Dissatisfaction with marketing results when all deliverables were provided as agreed (except under the 5x guarantee for Full Client Machine)
- Failure to provide necessary access, information, or approvals
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Third-party platform policy changes or account suspensions beyond our control
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will not apply retroactively to services already purchased.
